Our mode of operation
- 1. Transport request
From half a pallet to Full Truck Load, you have come to the right place. Call us, send an email or send your request through the website.
- 2. Analysis request
For an optimal transportation solution, we will review your request and possibly contact you for additional information.
- 3. Appropriate offer
You will receive the options, conditions and costs without any obligation. We are then happy to receive the order confirmation.
- 4. Collection and storage of goods
If desired, we will pick up your goods and offer you the option of storing them in our warehouses in Wijchen or Lyon.
- 5. Transport of goods
Our own fleet of vehicles meets the highest environmental standards and safety requirements, and our well-trained drivers have the necessary certificates. A tailboard and truck-mounted forklift are optionally available. For finely-meshed and inter-city deliveries in France we work together with the regional partners.
- 6. Track and Trace
You always have direct insight into the status of your shipment. In our client portal you will also find your order, the digital letter of loading and the invoice.
- 7. Delivery
We are reliable, professional and careful and even have a maximum turnaround time of 72 hours for France and the Benelux.
